A Dallas girl who now proudly calls Fort Worth home, Pam came to UCC in 2006 after a career in the electric utility industry. During her years with the electric company she worked as a field representative, coordinating electric service for new and existing residential and small commercial customers within an assigned territory.
As Pastoral Care/Special Events Coordinator at UCC, Pam coordinates weddings, funerals and ordinations plus church-wide events. Among her other duties, she is responsible for decorating the church for Advent, Easter and other holidays, assisting with special worship set-up and coordinating the flowers for Sunday worship services.
Since she is a lifelong member of the Disciples church, Pam enjoys the meaningful and beautiful worship and music at UCC. She enjoys working with the variety of interesting people that her position presents. Pam feels honored to be able to extend the hospitality of Christ to families in times of joy and sorrow.
Pam cheers for the Horned Frogs except when they are opposing her alma mater, Texas Tech. Away from UCC Pam serves on the advisory board and corporation board of her sorority’s chapter at TCU and is active with her sorority’s alumnae chapter. She is also involved in other organizations within the community. Pam enjoys time with family and friends, cooking, traveling and relaxing with husband, John, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chanel.
