Peggy joined the UCC staff in January of 1998. From daily event scheduling to answering any and all questions of those that call and come through the doors, Peggy is a familiar face to the UCC community.
Before taking a break to raise her children, Peggy worked for what was then Southwestern Bell for 15 years. Peggy was the executive secretary for many years to the District Manager, and enjoyed the responsibility. After her kids grew older, Peggy wanted to get back to work and has loved all of her years at UCC and certainly looks forward to many more before she retires.
Away from work, Peggy loves spending time with her kids and family. Her son Trey, is the Communication Technology Specialist for TCU. Her daughter Jennifer, is a 3rd grade teacher for FWISD and Jennifer’s husband, Drew is the Residential Coordinator and counselor at a Rehabilitation Center. All three are TCU alumni and Peggy loves cheering on the Horned Frogs with them. Peggy also enjoys relaxing with her husband Gene, who’s enjoying retirement, and of course spending time with her black cat Binxy and her grand-dog Maverick.
